Service Agreement

My mission is to provide the absolute best pet sitting services possible for my clients and their paws and claws kids. I want my human clients to have peace of mind and feel secure when they leave their pets with me. I want the pets to feel that my care is almost as good as Mom and Dad’s! Bottom line – my service is a seamless connection for the clients between the times they leave their pets with me until they return home.

Please call for a free initial consultation. I’ll visit your home with a service agreement in hand. We will discuss it, fill in the needed information (i.e. vet’s name, emergency numbers, placement of food, etc.) and sign. During that visit I would like two (2) sets of keys. One would be kept on my person when I visit your home. The second set will be at my home in a locked box. If you don’t have the keys during my initial visit and I need to return to pick them up, I will need to charge for a visit.

Give me a call at (215) 288-7753. It would be a pleasure to chat about your pets!!

MADELINE'S ADVICE

How to prepare your pet for your getaway.

First, if you're hiring a pet sitter, make sure he or she is insured and bonded, and watch the sitter interact with your animals. "You want to know if they'll spend time with the animal and play with it," says Madeline of Paws and Claws.

Next, leave out a pair of your pajamas or a shirt that your pet knows you wear often, so the pet can sniff it and sleep on it for comfort. Finally, make sure your pet has access to all the usual places. Says Madeline, "This makes them less insecure than being shut in the kitchen."
